Vanessa Beeley’s cell cooperates with Israeli media against Syria

For over a year now we have been trying to warn about the Vanessa Beeley and Eva Bartlett cell in Syria (and Palestine).

Many times, we were met with resistance by pro-Syrian supporters who didn’t take well to our criticism and found our warnings inconceivable merely due to the fact that “these activists speak well about Syria and that we need them on our side.”

Some of the more naïve supporters just accused us of being “jealous” despite many of us being well-known media and public figures, or highly accomplished and successful in other endeavours.

Since last August, Vanessa Beeley has made many mistakes with the latest one yesterday. This mistake might have stemmed from a desperate attempt to go into damage control after her anti Syrian comments and activities were circulated.

Yesterday many ringleaders of the cell were circulating Israeli media lies and a new wave of anti-Syria propaganda about the reality of the Syrian cabinet reshuffle.

Reading all the posts made by the various ringleaders and, reading their comments, we can conclude that this cell was behind the new Israeli propaganda war against Syria.

During Syria’s 7 year crisis, there have been as many as 5 cabinets and many reshuffles. The last one was just last year. These cabinet reshuffles are what we would expect when some ministers are replaced by others in relation to circumstance and performance of the government as a whole

Immediately after the announcement of the reshuffle, the Israeli media initiated a campaign to claim instability inside the Syrian government and that the reshuffle was based on corruption and misconduct of the misters replaced. The Israeli media singled out the minister for Information, claiming that he was “sacked”, not merely replaced, because a British journalist who is dual citizen of Israel managed to enter Syria last April.

Surprisingly, the Israeli media campaign based its lies quoting one single person: Modar Ibraheem.

Modar Ibraheem is a Syrian employee at Al Ikhbariyeh State News channel and a close confident of Vanessa and her cell. He was active defending the cell members and facilitating their infiltration of Syrian TV stations.

The Israeli media, quoting only Modar, and basing all its fabrications on his words, leads us to a serious but clear conclusion. It is very clear that Modar was active in contacting the Israeli journalists and encouraged them to dig dirt on the minister to exaggerate the security gaffe that lead to Andy Spyer’s entry into Syria last April. And this is why Modar was the only source of fabrications in the many Israeli media reports. This is the same person who, when instructed by Syrian security to not go public about Andy Spyer being discovered, let the cell know and it became their talking point to this day.

The cell was not only the sole source of the story published by Israeli media but, they also were the only pro-Syria networks and activists that promoted the Israeli fabricated propaganda reports and confirmed their credibility.

Tim Anderson was quick to produce one of his childish infographs confirming the Israeli lies. He even quoted a “Resistance friend” to confirm these Israeli reports. This controversial, unprofessional academic, notorious for producing “academic” reports based on lies and rumours, gave us no name of this “Resistance friend” that supports the Israeli anti-Syria media campaign.

Vanessa Beeley, Eva Bartlett and the rest of the spying cell did the same and, they were quick to confirm the Israeli lies and circulate the Israeli articles.

What we would like to know:

     1)    How can these people still be considered the champions of the “pro-Syria truth seekers” after they contacted Israeli media outlets to leak lies and fabrications and encourage them to dig dirt on Syria?

    2)    How can some strong supporters of the Syrian state still believe, follow and defend these spies after this?

We are confident that this cell is no friend of Syria and its members who visit Syria and talk about the Syrian crisis are doing this for spying purposes.

We are also confident that the Syrian authorities have realised this after we provided them with all the documents and evidence.

We hope that some naïve strong pro-Syria supporters will realise the reality and stop defending these spies.

The people who still defend this spying cell must ask themselves why Israeli media was quoted and based all its fabrications on information leaked to them by Modar Ibraheem and his cell members.
