Modar Ibraheem: The Traitorous “Journalist” or your” Local Neighbourhood Thug”?
From time to time, the mythical character of
Modar Ibraheem pops up to entertain us with his quaint fairytales. After each
appearance, he eagerly collects his commission from his Western agents and then
promptly returns to his easy, quiet seat at Al Ikhbaiyah News Channel, counting
his US dollars.
This clown was described by one of the
Syrian security officers as “darwich”, which in Arabic means, “a simpleton”.
This “darwich” in his latest appearance,
chose to attack a Syrian expatriate who holds US citizenship, a patriot who
actually returned to Syria during the current crisis to try to help as much as he
could. Modar the simpleton, is extremely unhappy that Zak AlSawaf, who holds a
Masters in International Relations, had exposed the reality of Zionists and
Western agents that actually employ him for various suspicious tasks including
making cheap attacks on patriots. It
seems that Modar is deeply concerned about losing the extra source of income he
receives from these agents. Following the campaign conducted to expose the
truth about these agents and Zionists, tens of them have been banned from
entering Syria.
This traitorous character, instead of
contacting Zak to ask for documents that validated the claims about the
Christian Zionist infiltrator, Janice Kortkamp, he instead initiated a vicious
campaign of attacking and threatening Mr Alsawaf. In his latest effort, as you
can see from the attached screenshot, Modar threatens to catch Zak by “his
ears” and submit him to the nearest security office in Damascus where he will
ask them to discipline Zak for his “dirty tactics”. Modar the simpleton, failed
to tell us what these “dirty tactics” are let alone why they are “dirty”.
Let us discuss this attached screenshot in
more detail: we see a person who presents himself as an “investigative
journalist”, with the added title of “engineer”, who fails to furnish us with
the actual charges he believes Zak has committed. He fails to inform us of the
section of the Syrian Criminal Act that Zak has violated. This “genius” Modar, wants
us to believe that a matter between two American Citizens, both living in US,
is prohibited in Syria? What a “darwich”!
We struggle to understand what message this
Modar wishes to send out about Syria. If he, as an ordinary citizen, can drag a
US citizen by his ears through the streets of Damascus without any fear of
repercussions from the law and order institutions in Syria then, does this mean
that Syria is a jungle and not a state of law and order, with its institutions,
a Constitution and agencies that implement legislations and laws?
Modar’s speech and comments remind us of such
mythical characters you only read about in old the fictions of “Kalilah and
Dimnah” and the “Thousand and One Nights”, where he inserts himself as the thug
that is able to drag US or Australian citizens through the streets of Damascus
without any legal or civil consequences, let alone consequences of breaking
Syrian International obligations and the State’s interests with other nations.
ا
These incidences of “hallucinations” Modar
experiences seem to only occur when Zak has actually, after having spent three
years, left Syria, and, well after Jamal Daoud has left Syria and had not
indicated any planned return trips.
On point, we should ask why, when Zak and
Jamal were in Syria over these past four years, Modar kept away from them, as
if he were in hiding.
On Jamal Douad’s last visit, the best this
traitorous Modar could do was to write a “report” full of lies for the security
agencies, making wild accusations against him. The security agencies summoned
one of the Syrian workers and discussed the allegations with him. At the
conclusion of the meeting, the security agency expressed satisfaction and
gratitude for the work the group had completed in Syria.
When will this traitorous character and his
sleeper agents understand that the Syrian authorities do not take these ridiculous
tattle tales seriously?
Regarding Modar’s challenge to Zak Alsawaf
and the rest of his colleagues who exposed the reality of the agent cell’s
entry into Damascus, we can assure him on behalf of Zak Al Sawaf, Jamal Daoud,
“Kadi’s” family, Penelope Stafyla, Kelly Al Makdissi and others who were
threatened by him and his gang, that these people are ready to cooperate with
Syrian authorities at any time requested.
These expatriates are very busy people. They
cannot leave all their work and activities - much of these activities are
directed to help Syria - to travel to Syria to challenge the lies of Modar Ibraheem.
On the other hand, we wish to ask this “darwich”
Modar, who is sick with “Green Back Syndrome” why he never answered any of our
questions regarding his close relations with the Zionist and other agents. He was
silent about his opinion on his associates’ comments accusing the Syrian Army
of committing torture against Syrians.
We also want to ask this supposed
journalist, why he did not respond to the false accusations made by his agent
associates against his fellow Syrian Zak Alsawaf, regarding his alleged
avoidance of army service. At the end of the day, Zak entered Syria legally, he
had his passport stamped, and, if he was violating any Syrian law, he would
have been arrested and brought to justice in Syria.
On this point we wish to ask agent Bartlett
who propagated this accusation about Zak, why she did not utter one word about
a real dodger, her close friends, Steven Sahiounie and Kevork Al Massian.
Unlike Zak, who was born in US, and long ago benefited from the laws governing
the issue of expatriate’s service in the army, both Kevork and Steven have
deserted their army service when their homeland needed them the most. Both are
living in exile in fear of being arrested upon return to Syria where they would
promptly be sent to serve in the army. Would it not be good “investigative
journalism” to be fair in applying the situation according to each individual
circumstances?
Zak Alsawaf will always hold his head high above
all these traitorous Syrians. For sure Syria will harshly treat all traitors,
especially those who are its citizens.
